Panettone made according to artisan tradition, only with sourdough and a double leavening of over 48 hours. With a soft structure and a strong taste, enhanced by selected candied fruit; elegantly wrapped in a tin with a unique design.

Ingredients: Type 00 wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (13%) (raisins, sunflower oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, water), sugar, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel.

Allergens: Wheat flour, butter, milk, eggs, cream, flour, may contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios), soy, sesame and mustard.
