The Restaurant
The atmosphere of Modenese tradition accompanies a journey through Ferrari’s history: Ristorante Cavallino, located between the factory, the Racing Department and the Maranello flagship store, is renewed as a place of conviviality and memory. Chefs Riccardo Forapani and Virginia Cattaneo create dishes that open a dialogue between tradition and innovation.

The chocolates
In collaboration with Peyrano, the historic chocolate maker, comes the Cavallino-branded selection of chocolates. From classic Gianduiotti to the iconic car-shaped pralines: small masterpieces of flavor and craftsmanship that are impossible to resist.
