Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (13%) (raisins, cotton oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), sugar, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon zest.
