Panettone made according to traditional methods, using only sourdough starter and a double fermentation process lasting over 48 hours. With a soft texture and distinctive flavor, enhanced by selected candied fruit, it comes elegantly wrapped in an exclusively designed red tin.
Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurised egg yolk, raisins (13%) (raisins, sunflower oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. Treated with ethyl alcohol.
Allergens: wheat, butter, eggs, milk, cream. May contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), soya, sesame and mustard.
