1) Artisanal Panettone

Panettone made according to traditional artisanal methods, using only natural sourdough and a double rising process of over 48 hours. It features a soft texture and a bold flavor, enhanced by carefully selected candied fruit; elegantly presented in a uniquely designed tin.

Ingredients: type 00 wheat flour, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (13%) (raisins, sunflower oil), candied orange (11%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), sugar, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), water, milk, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon zest. Treated with ethyl alcohol.

Allergens: wheat flour, butter, milk, eggs, cream; may contain traces of tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), soy, sesame and mustard.

A limited edition of only 500 bottles. Each label is handmade and individually numbered, making every bottle a unique and collectible piece.

Nanì is a passito wine born from the meeting of tradition and craftsmanship—values shared by Cavallino and Villa Venti. The overripe Centesimino grapes are harvested, fermented, and aged for one year in oak barriques, creating an authentic wine rich in notes of spices and chocolate. The label, designed exclusively for Cavallino in the limited 1/500 edition, features fluid and elegant lines evoking dynamism, energy, and refinement.
