Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena D.O.P. Extravecchio by Villa Manodori is aged for a minimum of 25 years and proudly bears the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certification granted by the European Union, ensuring that its production remains deeply tied to its territory of origin.
The slow passage of time gives life to an amber-colored balsamic vinegar, dense and creamy, with more complex flavors than younger varieties. The long aging process reveals rich notes of plum and incense.
